  • File Format: PNG is preferred, especially for designs with transparency. SVG and PDF files are also accepted; however, formatting or appearance may change during processing. Please use these formats with caution.
  • Resolution: Files must be set to 300 DPI (dots per inch) to ensure sharp and clear prints.
  • Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode, as the EPSON G6070 prints in CMYK for more accurate color output.
  • Transparency: Please ensure all backgrounds are removed before uploading your file.
  • Opacity: All artwork must be fully opaque. Files must not contain semi-transparent or translucent elements, as these do not print well with DTF.
